Makes: two Servings
Ingredients:
eight Egg Whites
Two Tablespoons Molasses
2 one/2 Teaspoons Vanilla
four Tablespoons wheat flour
Four Teaspoons Natural Sugar or "Sugar In The Raw"
One/2 Cup Oatmeal
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon

3) Cook in a non-stick skillet until golden brown.
